All assets provided by Wig Wag Simulations are PROHIBITED to be modified, re-released or redistributed in any way shape or form for public access in the form of freeware or payware packages without expressed permission.

SECTION 2:

If you wish to modify and redistribute said asset provided by Wig Wag Simulations in a freeware or payware package, or stand alone asset, submit a request through our contact form. If you do not get a response, your request has been denied, and any distribution of said asset is not prohibited.

SECTION 3:

All files and assets are provided AS-IS. We are not responsible for any damages your device may experience as a result of downloading our products. Support is no longer guaranteed if the asset has been modified after download.

SECTION 4:

File and asset bases created by other groups, such as Jointed Rail, RRmods, or DLS authors have EULAs that MUST be compiled just as much as the Wig Wag Simulations EULA. Any redistribution of these assets that have been modified by Wig Wag Simulations is strictly PROHIBITED. Refer to section 2.

SECTION 5:

The EULA is in effect as of December 25th 2025, and applies to ALL files/assets released on Wig Wag Simulations. NO other statements, licenses, or EULAs other than N3V's EULA apply to Wig Wag Simulations EULA.

SECTION 6:

By clicking Continue, you agree to abide by the Wig Wag Simulations EULA and understand that violation of any section of the EULA may resort to account termination or other needed disciplinary action.
